Frequently Asked Questions

A professional organiser helps you declutter, organise, and set up functional systems in your home or workspace. I provide hands-on support, emotional guidance, and practical solutions to make your space feel calmer and easier to manage.


I cover Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.  Travel over 30 minutes from PO9 postcode is charged at 45p mile.


When sorting through your belongings, I help you decide what to keep, donate, sell or recycle. 

I aim to be mindful of the environment and the community, so here’s what I do with items you no longer want:

  • Donations: I can take items to local charities or organise a collection.
  • Selling: If you have items that may have monetary value, I can help you find the best way to sell them, either through online platforms or local sales.
  • Recycling: For items that can’t be donated or sold, I can organise for them to be collected so they can be properly recycled or disposed of.

If you prefer, you can handle these steps yourself, or I can manage the entire process for you.


No! Please don’t worry about tidying up. I need to see your space exactly as it is to best understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how I can help.


The time it takes to complete a project can vary depending on the scale of the job . For smaller jobs like a wardrobe detox,  it may only take a few hours (it all depends on the volume of clothes!). Larger projects, such as reorganising an entire home, preparing for a move or house un-pack can take several days.

If you need the job done faster, I work with other trusted professional organisers to speed up the process and help you achieve your goals in a shorter timeframe.

Every project is different, so I’ll work with you to assess the scope and give you a clear estimate of the time involved. 


I usually work one-on-one, but for larger projects I collaborate with a team of vetted professional organisers. This means we can get more done in less time if needed.


I charge £40 per hour with a minimum booking of 3 hours. For larger projects, like house moves or jobs that take more than two days, I offer custom packages tailored to your needs.
